V70 98 lost keys--Help V70-XC70

Hi,

My wife has lost her bunch of keys containing the remote and key for both her and my V70 98 V70 AWD. My key is much fatter than hers which leads me to believe it is a special key.

What is the most cost effective way of replacing the missing pieces?

I have been told the dealer option is expensive.
