Battery Voltage Signal Low Intermittant #27 S40-V40

Three months ago my V40 with 25K. At startup, I lost Clock time, Trip Odometer, OBC data. Radio ok. code was pulled as 27. Yesterday on startup I lose same data. Anyone know what the Low Voltage Signal has for a voltage cutoff. If I monitor battery voltage on startup it drops to aprox 10V. Any ideas?
