Replacing Front Bumper, DIY? Advice Needed 850 1994

My front bumper got practically ripped off by a passing truck, and now I need to replace it. The matte bumper top, the painted lower bumper, the liner of the driver side wheel well, and driver side foam absorber need to be replaced. I'm actually thinking of replacing it with the '94 Turbo T-5R bumper (now known as the R). One, is this possible. Two, can I do this myself?-I'm relatively handy. Three, if so what tools are required. Thanks in advance.
