94 850 Steering wheel vibration at highway speed 850

I had a problem when I reach about 110 km/h on the highway. My steering wheel begins to shake in my hands. I had one of the front bearings replaced three years ago at 80,000kms, does anyone think that the other one might be going? Also, does anyone know where I can pikcup a throttle position sensor? And how much are they?
