Bubbling Door Panel Under Warranty? S70

I know there was recently a post on this - and it figures, my panel just started to bubble on the passenger side :-( I have the VOLVO Cartified extended warranty. Does anyone know if this is covered?

If not, has anyone figured out a fix for this that doesn't require taking the panel off - I was wondering if a blow dryer would shrink the air bubble?
