Are there shock mounts available which are not the OEM two-piece-held-together-by-rubber variety? Mine gave out and I replaced them, which was not very difficult (aside from shearing off one of the bolts on removal), but the design seems weak and it makes me think I am going to have to do it again in another year or two..
I know that this was caused by bad roads, but would worn out shocks add to the problem of the deterioration of the mounts?
