The passenger side and both rear seatbelts on my 99s80t6 lock as designed when cornering or when the brakes are applied but many times don't release. The only way to return them to normal operation is to completely retract them and buckel up again only to have the process start all over again. Very uncomfortable for the passengers to be "locked" in their seats. The dealer has replaced the belts twice with no improvement and now states that the operation is normal. I'll admit it's an intermittent problem that won't show up on every trip but my most frequent passenger, my wife, can attest to the fact that the problem is there and I have had rear seat passengers complain of the same problem. The drivers seat belt operates normally.

Has anyone experienced this problem or can anyone give me any idea what may be causing it and how to correct it?
