slight transmission noise at 25 mph? 850 1995

Hi, my 850 GLT wagon makes a grind or a slipping noise only from startup and only when it hits 25 to 30 mph and it doesn't seem to be during a shift either. It doesn't do this from a standing start only at startup? Any ideas?
