Where is the V70 rear wiper relay? V70-XC70 1999

The rear wiper doesn't work on my '99 V70. Fuse is good, and the rear washer works.
When I turn the rear wiper switch to intermittent, I can hear (and feel) the intermittent relay click, so I know power is getting that far. I have the Chilton's manual, which has good wiring diagrams, but doesn't tell you where the components are located.

So, where is it exactly? (And what color?)
