Hesitation during hard excelaration - 94 850 turbo

I'm getting a definite hesitation every time that I excelerate hard. The boost gauge appears to be reading normal. I've checked all vacuum hoses and turbo hoses. I recently changed plugs,wires,dist cap & rotar. Hesitation was there before the tuneup, no better after. Any suggestions? Thanks.
