Need help replacing a rare headlight for my 93 850 GLT 850 1993

I had a minor collision in my 93 850 GLT where I smashed the passenger side headlight, combination light and slightly dented the fender. I have been searching the web to find low cost replacements. Apparently the 93 headlight and combination lamp were changed from one bulb system to two bulbs in 94.

The 2 bulb replacement headlamp and combination lamp for 94-97 are available through aftermarket suppliers at much more reasonable prices. The 93's single bulb unit's are next to impossible to find anywhere other than the Volvo dealer.
My question is, if I purchase the 2 bulb unit and the matching combination light. Will I be able to mount it to my vehicle body if i modify the wiring for the light, or did they change the mounts for some insane reason one year after the car was released?

Or does anyone know where I can find a inexpensive 93 model single bulb replacement unit?
