Question for all of you out there... In the past three weeks my a/c has been acting up on me. This is the first time I've run into problems with this car and I want to fix it asap. At first I noticed the cycling of the compressor has gone from constant on at idle to more of an on/off at very irregular patterns. At first I thought that I my charge may be low...not so. It is in the low 20s where I have always had it in the past. This past week I noticed while driving that after five minutes of driving it cut out completely on me. I have placed a temp guage in the air vent to see when this is happening. When working the temp goes to about 38-40degrees. It will shut off for ten minutes up to an hour at some points.

I am thinking that this is just electrical. I pulled the connector off thelow pressure cut-out switch and grounded the two terminals turning on the compressor. This is when I checked the charge level. It is fine. When I reconnect it it stops working. Any ideas? Easy fix?
