New Wheels/Tires-Speedo Error? S40-V40 2001

Hi.I have the standard wheels & tires on my 01 S40 (195/60/R15). If I switch to 16" wheels and go with 215/50 R16's will there be any speedometer error? Thanks for your help to non technos like me.
