850 R/T5R shift points...what are they supposed to be? 850

Ok, I just did a full tranny flush and oil change. My tuneup was done just recently and a new feul pump and K&N Filter went in as well...Also, I have 99500 miles on it. Original tranny and engine.


My shift points are at 5000 rpms at WOT in SPORT MODE. I floor it as far as it goes, but no shifts go past 5000 rpms. Under Economy Mode, it'll go up to about 4500 (this seems alright), so I'm really only concerned about the Sport Mode shifting. Also, no codes are being thrown.

Is something wrong? Or is this normal?

Keep in mind, Max HP is at 5600 RPMs, and the T5R and 850R have the overboost to bring 236HP at 5600 RPMs. How am I supposed to use that overboost if I'm not shifting up to there?

If only this were a manual I wouldn't have this problem.
