difference between 94 and 95 850 wagon 850

What is the key difference--if any-- between the 1994 wagon and the 1995 wagon and so on as far as physical appearance is concerned? Mechanically? I can tell the difference between a 93 sedan and a 94 sedan...a 94 sedan and a 95 sedan. But a wagon, I can't tell the difference.
