How I fix this codes?.... A3=213, 214 and A1=124 850 1995

Hi Fellas,
First time I looked for those codes in my 850 GLT automatic 1995...I got these ones...

Transmission A1
124=Short circuit to ground in mode selector circuit

ABS A3
213=Left Rear Wheel Sensor
214=Right Rear Wheel Sensor

Cruise Control B2
122=? I don't know I couldn't find that one in my Hynes book.

I cleared those codes they came back...
I looked for those codes because I am having these problems

1)when I drive from 8mph to 10 mph ...feels like the car jump from 8 to 10 (a little shake).
2)I have a metallic click sound caming from the rear left tire... I checked with my mechanic and we found a small part that goes right under the parking brake shoe lower spring loose so everytime I drive and hit something that produce the sound he applied some grease around but it didn't fix it. (If you have Haynes book Volvo 850 you can see the pic 15.3a)
3)A sound caming front the rear I thought could be the safe guard scrathing the road when I start to drive but I think now could be the ABS check when I am about 17 mph.. (always happend when I start to drive at that speed)

I am trying to find the relations between my problems and those codes and of course how I could fix them by myself ....if that is possible...;o)
Any suggestion, input or guessing will be greatly appreciated as always...;o)
thanks thanks thanks...
