I hit a raccoon, am I ok? 850 1995

I was driving back from my girlfriend's house late tonight, which is out in the country and I was going about 70mph on a gravel road when I see a raccoon trying to outrun me, I had nowhere to go so I run under him and I heard a loud "THUNK". He must of gotten knocked out. I pulled over to the side of the road after a minute or so, and although I couldn't see underneath my car, it seemed okay. I drove the rest of the way home and my 854T drove fine. Should I worry at all about any possible damage, or is a my Volvo stronger than a fat 'coon who is trying to outrun me?
