AT gear shifts not so smooth V70-XC70 1998

My AT doesn't shift as smooth as it should do. When shifting up a gear you feel a vibration (either in AT or in engine, most likely AT). This becomes most apperant if you drive around 60 MPH (steady foot) and shift the gear (by hand) from 3 to D. The vibration lasts up to 2 full seconds.
I've refreshed the ATF and the vibration became less but it is not gone.

I assume this is not normal for a 98 GLT (75K miles).

Anyone experienced this before?
What is it exactly?

Ps Other shift-moments (parc to drive) etc are also 'rude'.
