Different strange noise 850 1995

It was 46degrees out this morning by the cars thermometer and after a couple of minutes idling in the driveway I left for work. A half mile from my house I was at 70 on the highway, heater going and THWACK! It sounded like a rock had just come through the windshield. I checked all the glass and the body when I got to work but no damage anywhere. I'll look again when I get home. Might be a bullet hole somewhere or just the windsheild creaking?
