ABS & TRACS OFF Light on... V70-XC70 1998

I have a 98 V70R AWD. Last night on the way home the ABS light and Tracs Off light both came on. Just driving along, not slowing down, turning, etc. Got home, turned the car off. Checked brake fluid level - ok. Tightened reservoir cap. Turned car on and the lights went off as normal.

Is this something I need to look into? Could a slightly loose reservoir cap on the brake fluid cause this?
