Extended Warranty for S80 -- Is it worth it? S80 1999

I've reached that magical point in my 1999 S80 2.9's life when i need to decide whether I should purchase the extended warranty coverage. The S80 has 78,000km. During the next three I'll likely drive additional 60,000 km. My present thinking is NO ... and I'm hoping the costs for non-maintenance repairs during the next 3 years will be less than $3,200 Canadian. After a rocky start my S80 has been pretty good.

Thoughts? Does anyone have an S80 with 140,000km plus that has experienced significant repairs costs?

Here are the costs in Canada for extended warranty coverage:
12 mths / 120,000km $1,992
12 mths / 160,000km $2,538
24 mths / 160,000km $2,793
36 mths / 160,000km $3,242
