replacing aux drive belt 99 S80-T6 S80

I was wondering how difficult it would be to replace the auxiliary drive belt. I recently changed the spark plugs and inspected the belt, it looked ok. Is it necessary to replace it anyway for the 60K mile check? Also how often should I flush the coolant, I had that done 13 thousand miles ago. I am also considering getting the tranny fluid flushed and replaced, does anyone have experience with Jiffy Lube? Thanks for any advce in advance! Dave Berger
