Knot in Steering/ Tie Rods Or Cv ? 850 1995

I have been experiencing a knot/bump in the steering wheel, I am trying to figure out if it is inner or outer tie rods or axles. The Control Arms, Link Bars, PAds, Rotors & Hub Including the bearings have all been replaced recently.
And thought would be appreciated. PS fluid level is good.
