Thanks for reading this. Last year while changing the cabin filter I noticed a plug type plastic device with foam on one side and a puller on the other. Its 3.25"X.75". It somehow had fallen out of its hole, allowing cold pre heater air blow out and mostly come out thru the ash tray door edge. So the higher I ran the heater fan, the more cold air. The reverse was tru in summer. The dealer found the hole and plugged it back in. Today I found it again out and cold air coming in. They agreed to fix again, but this is very hard to reach, It really needs to be glued. There is not much in the way of an edge to hold it in place, at least what I can see from the filler plug.
Any ideas?
