Volvo fog lights 850

I was upgrading the bulbs in my Volvo fog lights and caught a bulb wire when screwing one back together. I figure I must have blown the fuse but I can't find it anywhere.

Where are they generally located and or what should i look for? It is not in the fuse panel so I was thinking it would be near the relay. I have looked and looked. Please help! I can't get my fogs to work until I can find it.
