MPG little LOW 850 1995

I have a 850 T-5R and my everytime i reset the trip computer im getting 11.5-12.5 mpg under normal driving conditions. Even on highway around higher 12's

It has 131,000 miles on it and its all stock except for K&N air filter.

Any body know if thats normal, or is somthing wrong?
