Silicon Radiator Hoses/ Steel brake lines 850

I am interested in knowing if anyone has replaced their radiator hoses with the Samco Hoses or any other brand. Are ther worth it in the long run ? I am Planning on keeping the car for at least another 5 years. What about the brake lines / Woth it or not ? Can I cut the turbo radiator hose to work in 95 850 non turbo ?
