wiper problem 850 1995

Need help with a windshield wiper problem.
The driver side wiper lifts off the windshield after about 60 deg of it's arc. Nothing appears to be loose and the wiper arm doesn't seem to be bent. What should I look for? Is there an alignment adjustment somewhere?
