Wagon runs rough after sitting in a rain storm 850

Just about after every rain storm my 94' 850 wagon runs rough for about 5 minutes when I start it up, and only when the car was parked overnight too.

Runs like it has water in the gas. After ~5minutes it runs normal, even if it is still pouring rain out.

Any idea what is going on? How to stop this water infiltration.
