Koni Adjustable or Bilstein HD? Info on ride quality

I know this has been discussed but cannot seem to locate any archives on it. Who has what and how do you like them? I wanted to go Bilsteins, but, my local shop is gin=ving me brand new Koni adjustables for front and rear for free. How is the ride compared to Bilstein and or stock? I have a T-5R with TME springs and stock struts and shocks with 105,000 miles. How great will the Koni's be and what setting has worked for you? Thanks in advance
