What is the best way to remove the PNP connector ?? 850

If not drill it than any tip to remove this connector ??

I cut it bit by bit with the cutter yes not all come out yes...

any thing else I need to look for to avoid all trouble

Russ B said to put click the PNP main shaft until hit park mean the gear lever must be in park too ?
