Fog lights/sunroof 850

What's the relationship between these two parts? I'm interested in adding a set of front fogs to my '94 855, and I've seen 850 fogs advertised in several places stating that they will fit cars WITHOUT a factory sunroof (which mine has).

The only thing I could think of was that the power sunroof uses the (only) spare circuit that would normally be used for the fogs. Are there any 850 owners that have BOTH front fog lights AND a sunroof? If so, please enlighten me! Thanks in advance.
