round and square exhaust tips 850 1994

i'm thinking of fitting one of those square 850R exhaust tips to a 850GLE, but i'm not sure if it'll fit, i wish to know if the round exhaust tips that come with the non-turbo 850s have the same diameter as the square tips that come with the 850R, thanks.
