Normal warming up time for 850 turbo in 32-40 degrees weather..oil.thermostat 850

Curious on how long does it take for your 850 to warm up in temps ranging from 32-40. what are the owners doing to increase warming up time in winters.
My car took 112 minutes almost to fully warm up..is that a problem. at idle it for 5 minutes the temp needle did not move..after I drove for about 2 miles..it started to warm up. Should I be wait to fully warm up in a turbo car to start driving. I was thinking if Thermostat is acting up and is it worth replacing to get better warming up time. Also do all 850 turbo owners switch to light wait oil in winter. any complications with this..

any input would help..
