Where is the interior lights relay? 850

I have a 1995 855T and the interior lights don't come on when the door/s are opened, and the locks don't lock when you strart to drive away. Looking at the Haynes manuel, it looks like arelay controls both of these functions. Question is where is this relay located? I can swap it out with a friends when I know where it is.
