Plastic bumper oxidation V70-XC70 1998

My gray plastic bumper and trim on my 98 XC has developed a white haze on it. I have tried Klass and Mother's Back to Black. Neither of those products worked. Has this occured to anyone else, and have you had luck with other products or techniques?
