Getting our V70 XC boat out of the water

Two months ago we purchased a 2002 V70 XC AWD and would like to get some advise on improving its' boat like handling. It looks like a sway bar and maybe upper/lower braces (and maybe bushings) are what is needed, as I would like to avoid changing out the stock wheel/tire and shock set up. We live in the Bay Area (Northern California) and would like to find a shop that can handle this work for us.
