Wiper Arm 850 1995

Holiday greetings from unusually wet San Diego. Probably due to infrequent winshield wiper use, on the way into work (in the pouring rain of course) the drivers side wiper arm came loose. Passenger side is still working fine. I haven't had the chance to really check it out because it was pouring and I'm at work, but is this something that I can easily tighten back down?
