Dash mounted lock switch, offered in 95? 850 1995

My neighbor has a 1996 850 wagon, and I noticed that it has a dash mounted lock button. My wife's 1995 850 wagon does not have this.

Does anyone know if I can install one on her 1995? Seems to me that the wiring is probably already in the dash, and is just a matter of installing the dash mounted switch next to the headlight switch.
