Minor problems with 2001 V70 V70-XC70 2001

My wife has a 2001 T5 v70 and several little things gone out. We live in Johnson City, TN and the dealer here cares nothing about service after the sale. It is nearly impossible to get the car service, so I am looking for some advice on a few things. 1) Rear console - cup holder spring/latch is broken: Any ideals on how difficult this is to replace/fix. 2) Service lioght keeps coming on, had the car serviced just prior to the 30,000 mile mark. Dealer now wants another $400.00 to turn the light off. Any ideals on how to get this light to turn off. It is only a nuisance light which is on for about five minutes. TIA for any help and listening to me complain, we really do love the wagon.
