OBDII/Mechanic....Questions 850 1995

I have an 855T...Truly Wonderful Brick....Why would anyone Hop-up this Pocket Rocket?.....Anyway....It has the 16-pin OBDII connector under the useful coin holder AND the jumper doo-hickey by the WW reservoir....(1)Is this unusual? (2) Will they display the same codes? (3) Anyone got a good independent garage in NYC?
