I experienced a problem while driving on the highway during cool weather. Before entering the highway the brakes worked fine. After driving for a while at highway speed I had to brake and the pedal would not move, it felt like it was frozen. I pumped the brake pedal and regained normal braking after which my wife instructed me that you should not pump ABS brakes. Dah. This happen the entire trip out and back, where I would have to press hard on the brake pedal before it would loosen up and brake.
Once I was off the highway the brakes worked fine. Does anyone have any thoughts on this problem.
Thanks,
Tom H.
