I think if there is a relay it is shorting when it gets cold out. I live in the northern part of New York State and when the temp. gets down to say 25 or so (usually at night when we are sleeping and the car is in the garage and I can't see it)the 4 ways will start flashing and the alarm horn will go off also the little light for the alarm is on. It totally drains the battery. This has been happening for a while but have not been able to put my finger on it until last night when I got up to take a pi.... and saw the 4 ways on before the battery goes dead. Like I said it only happens when it's cold so this has been going on intermittently for a while. I was able to reproduce it by warming up the car and garage, than leaving the garage door open and it was happening this morning when I woke up again. I looked in the Haynes manual but no help.
