5-speed converstion 850

I just recently bought my second volvo 850 turbo. My new one is a 94 with 59,000 miles. I have a 96 GLT with a 5-speed (parts car) on the way because I heard you can convert the turbo's to 5-speeds. Do you know where I can find info on the converstion?
