99 S80 battery replacement, no A/C fan, heat, seat warmers, defrost all out. S80 1999

I replaced the battery after 82K miles. The lower controls have no power for Heat, A/C, fan, seat warmers all controls in that area. All fuses are good. The next day I get the Engine Service required message. I waited 30 minutes with everything off and no key in to disconnect the old battery. Any ideas what to look for?
