year differances on 850 turbo wagon 850

Am shopping for a 850 Turbo Wagon. Am looking (or can afford) years 95 or 96. Are there any internal and external differances in these models (standard options etc.)Any diferances in reliability? Would like to save some money and get a 95, but not if the 96 has that much more to offer. PLEASE REPLY!!!!!!!
P.S. Anybody had any problems with these models?
