power steering fluid leak? 850 1997

I've had to add fluid twice since I bought the car in July 2001. The dealer says there is no leak and the pump is fine. There is no puddle in the driveway and all the hoses and hookups look ok. Could it be leaking inside the steering rack or something? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.
