Another 850 Engine Check Light 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 Wagon (non Turbo). The Check Engine light has been coming on intermittantly for the last few months. Our mechanic has changed the O2 sensor and that seemed to have solved the problem, for a while. In addition, the light may come on only to go off hours or even days later. And it will stay off for days, weeks or even months. I'm leaning towards a vacume leak somewhere but thought I'd run past the folks here. Any other ideas?

Don't know if it has any codes. Just found this place today along with the instructions for the codes. Will get them next chance.
