First of all, it's about 0 outside (coldest I've seen it).
Wife tried to start the car this morning, it almost turned over twice - fired up, "rattled", then cut off.
The battery seems ok - radio, lights, etc turn on, everything seems more than bright enough. Opened hood, there was a little fuel smell when I opened the hood (or so I thought).
When I try to start the car, it acts like the battery is going. The starter barely seems like it is barely turning over. Again, there're no fuel smell other than normal engine smells.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
(The antifreeze is recent, it checks out ok. 1/2 tank of gas. No puddles/drips/etc from under the hood).
