Unlocking V70-XC70

I'm considering purchasing a 2003 V70 but have a couple of questions regarding the car that I can't find answers to:

1. Is it possible to reprogram the remote unlocking function so that a single press of the unlock button unlocks all the doors (as I understand it the first press unlocks only the driver's door)?

2. How easy is it to turn off the feature that automatically locks the doors when the car is driven away?
